I am passionate about giving others the opportunity I was given 5 years ago, transformation. I began my weight loss and fitness journey in 2015. I weighed in at 217lbs for the second time in my life. Shame, embarrassment, physical pain, and low self esteem were just a few of the reasons that I began a ketogenic weight loss program.
Five months later, I began living a new lifestyle with the proper education about nutrition which would help me maintain a healthy weight. I began making other goals outside of weight loss, such as training for my first half marathon, and competing in 5K races. Lifting weights and TRX also became a staple in my new found freedom. I gained so much more than I lost during this process.
I quickly decided that a career change was in order and became a weight loss and accountability coach. I also began teaching TRX suspension classes, spinning, and personal training. I have recently decided to make the move to Scottsbluff to be closer to family and continue on my path of helping others gain a healthier lifestyle through nutrition and movement."
